Production Time All products are made-to-order. After your order is placed, please allow 2–5 business days for production before shipment.
Shipping Times Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- 🇨🇿 Czech Republic & Slovakia: 3–7 business days
- 🇪🇺 Europe: 5–10 business days
- 🌍 Rest of the world: 10–20 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or carrier delays.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
